Included with every tote

Every tote has a digital label.
Just scan it.

No more writing on boxes or buying labels. Each Stack & Move tote comes with its own QR code already attached. Scan it with your phone, add what's inside, and check it again any time.

📷

Scan

Point your phone's camera at the QR code on the tote. No app to install.

✏️

Add contents

Type a quick note like "Kitchen — pots & pans" or "Bedroom — clothes".

✅

Keep track

Scan the same tote again while moving or unpacking to see what's inside.

Your tote already has a label. No physical labels required, and it's included with every rental.

Why totes?

Better than cardboard, every time

💪

Stronger & stackable

Industrial-grade plastic holds up to 35kg and stacks perfectly in moving trucks — no sagging, no crushed corners.

🌱

Zero cardboard waste

Each rental replaces up to 40 cardboard boxes. Help Ottawa move toward a greener future, one move at a time.

💰

Saves you money

No buying boxes, tape, or bubble wrap. Our bundles work out cheaper than a hardware store run — and much less hassle.

🧼

Sanitized between uses

Every tote is professionally cleaned and inspected before delivery. Your belongings go into a fresh, hygienic container.

⏱️

Saves packing time

No more taping box bottoms or building flat-pack boxes. Open the tote, fill it, close it. Done in seconds.

Our story

Ottawa movers, for Ottawa movers

Stack & Move Totes was born from a frustration most Ottawa residents know well: the end of moving day leaving a mountain of crushed cardboard, spent tape rolls, and the nagging guilt of all that waste.

We believe moving doesn't have to mean trashing the environment. Our heavy-duty plastic totes are built to last hundreds of moves, sanitized between every rental, and picked up from your door when you're done.

We're a small, locally-owned business proud to serve the Ottawa community — from Kanata to Orleans, Glebe to Gatineau. When you rent with us, you're supporting local and choosing a smarter way to move.
