Terms of Use & Rental Agreement

Welcome to Stack & Move Totes. By placing an order, renting our moving totes, dollies, or other equipment, customers agree to the following Terms of Use and Rental Agreement.

Rental Equipment

All moving totes, dollies, labels, and equipment remain the property of Stack & Move Totes at all times.

Customers are responsible for all rented equipment from the time it is delivered until it is picked up by Stack & Move Totes.

Proper Use

Equipment is intended for normal household and office moving purposes only.

Customers agree to:

• Use equipment safely and reasonably.
• Keep equipment clean and free from excessive dirt or debris.
• Not modify, paint, drill, cut, or permanently alter equipment.
• Not use equipment for hazardous materials, demolition, construction waste, or purposes other than moving and storage.

Damage, Loss, or Theft

Customers are responsible for equipment that is:

• Lost
• Stolen
• Destroyed
• Damaged beyond normal wear and tear
• Not returned at the scheduled pickup time

Normal moving wear such as minor scratches or scuffs is acceptable.

Examples of chargeable damage:

• Cracked or broken totes
• Missing totes
• Broken lids
• Melted or burned equipment
• Broken or damaged dollies
• Equipment that cannot reasonably be reused

Replacement Charges

If equipment is lost or damaged beyond normal wear and tear, replacement charges will apply:

These charges cover replacement costs, administrative processing, transportation, and loss of rental availability.

Late Returns

Equipment must be available for pickup on the agreed pickup date unless another arrangement has been made.

Additional rental fees may apply for late returns.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Keeping equipment secure.
• Ensuring equipment remains accessible for pickup.
• Having equipment stacked and ready for collection.

Additional pickup fees may apply if equipment cannot be collected as scheduled.

Payment Authorization

By placing an order, customers authorize Stack & Move Totes to invoice or charge applicable fees for:

• Unpaid rental charges
• Lost equipment
• Damaged equipment
• Late fees
• Additional pickup fees

Limitation of Liability

Stack & Move Totes is not responsible for:

• Damage to customer property caused by misuse of equipment.
• Personal injury caused by improper use.
• Delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Changes to Terms

Stack & Move Totes may update these terms from time to time. The terms active when an order is placed apply to that rental.
